Pilates Newbie
We want to introduce you to Pilates while keeping it fun and feeling that all-important burn! Learn the techniques in lots more detail with fewer reps and at a slightly slower pace!
Pre & Post Natal
Classes are ideal for keeping you moving throughout and post pregnancy! Dedicate time to strengthening your pelvic floor and keep those all-important muscles strong throughout pregnancy and beyond! We promise to give you a challenging but safe and enjoyable workout.
